Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at https://baristaparts.ca/pages/contact/. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number)l, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at https://baristaparts.ca/pages/contact/

Please note that we do not accept return nor provide refunds for special order items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right to you. We may ask that you take pictures of the appliance you intended to use the product for and a video of the product to show that it is defective, so make sure that you do so before sending back the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping costs that were originally incurred to send the item(s) to you or for you to send the returned item(s) back to us and we will be deducting from the total refund amount the actual shipping fees which were charged to us by our shipping carrier, even if your order was eligible for free shipping. Upon request, we will show you the invoice from our shipping carrier for your original shipment as proof of the charges we incurred.
