Our company started after its founder found himself Espresso-Less when his Breville Barista Express™ suddenly stopped working properly due to the group head (where the portafilter is inserted and locked in) leaking and spraying espresso all over the counter.

After looking for a replacement gasket everywhere and even at local certified repair shops, the right gasket was either out of stock, back-order or the earliest it could be shipped would be 2 to 3 weeks. Even the manufacturer directly is always showing this part as sold-out worldwide on their website and by calling their support line.

The only immediate solution? Buying a new $1000 espresso machine. This was madness but that's what he ended up doing anyway...

After his coffee fix and coming back to his senses, our founder decided that it was now time to solve this problem for good and for the sake of other fellow at-home baristas and espresso lovers.
